Kia Forte Koup

Kia Forte Koup is a compact car manufactured by Kia Motors. Apart from the Coupe version, it is also released in five-door hatchback and four-door sedan variants. Forte shares the same platform as that of Hyundai Elantra, which employs torsion-beam rear suspension.

Coupe – Koup

Forte is also called as two door coupe. This particular vehicle was originally unveiled as the concept vehicle on March 20th, 2008, at New York International Auto Show. The sport trim in the lineup features twin screw turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine. The vehicle production is known as Kia Cerato Koup in Australia, Kia Koup” in Chile, and Kia Shuma in China.

2010 Kia Forte

Kia Forte is a new entry in the coupe lineup. Nowadays, every one like coupes and the Koup shares one metal piece, the hood, with the sedan sibling. The vehicle is 45 pounds lighter, 2 inches shorter, and 0.4-inches lower.

The steering is faintly quicker with enhanced steering hydraulic rigidity and thicker torsion bar; it is positively precise. 2011 Kia Forte

Koup for 2011 is Kia’s offering that comes with attractive styling, better features, pricing and content that makes it stand out.

Koup SX is powered by a 2.4-L 4-cylinder engine that can generate 173-hp. Power transmission to the wheels is done via 6-speed manual transmission. Standard features like stability control, traction control, and front head restraints were equipped in the 2011 versions. For the year 2011, all the transmissions are six-speed.

2012 Koup

2012 Koup Forte is a compact car that was unveiled in the year 2009 for the first time. The car has attracted large number of customers. Roomy interior in the vehicle is more appealing and comes within affordable price range.



2012 Forte features two engine trims. Koup for 2012 is powered by a 2.0-L inline 4-cylinder engine that delivers 156 hp and torque of around 144 lb-ft. The engine includes four engine options. It is also featured with 5-speed manual transmission.

Kia offers 2012 Forte with a warranty of five years or 60,000 miles. The price factor of the vehicle remains undisclosed. On basis of advanced features and its earlier versions, price estimation will be around $24,000.
